About Me
I have extensive experience and knowledge in information technology project management, operations management, strategy development and implementation, and financial analysis.
My experience includes providing consulting services for organizations both large and small in the identification, design, and execution of process improvement and technology implementation projects. In addition, I have provided technology and operations training to a variety of audiences, including adult learners at the university level.
My passion is to remove barriers to communication between stakeholders, both within the single project context and within the larger organizational context. I have a strong ability to facilitate dialogue between project sponsors and team members, and this capability has been sharpened by my experiences in the information technology industry and in the classroom. Understanding how people communicate with one another in professional and personal situations allows me to translate the language used by both the executive and operation-level team members more effectively.
My academic qualifications include a professional certification in Program Management (PgMP) and Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, USA, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, NC, USA.
